Atria enforces with their employees the responsibility to protect personal information.

Atria does not sell or rent personal information without customer consent. Personal information is not disclosed to any organization outside of Atria for any purpose other than those purposes set out above without first obtaining customer consent or unless required by law.

How long is personal information retained?
Personal information is retained only for as long as required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Personal information that is no longer required is shredded, erased or de-personalized.

Accessing personal information
Customers are permitted access to personal information concerning them that is held by Atria and to have it corrected if possible. Customers are encouraged to provide Atria with any changes to their personal information to ensure that the personal information maintained by Atria is accurate and complete.

Exceptions to access do apply but are limited and specific. Should an exception apply, Atria will provide written reasons for not granting an access request.

Use, collection and retention of Web Site user information
Atria collects information about the Internet protocol address, type of browser used, the date and time of each visit, and the Internet protocol address of the locations to which each visitor linked for each visit made to the Atria site. This information is used strictly for statistical reporting purposes only. Atria makes no attempt to link these Internet protocol addresses with the identity of individuals visiting the Web Site. Atria only collects, retains and uses personal information where they believe that it is essential (and allowed by law) to administer their businesses and to provide products, services and other opportunities.

Use of "cookies"
Atria does not use "cookies" to track how visitors use their Web Site. Cookies are pieces of information that are transferred to your computer's hard drive to monitor your use of a Web Site. Whenever, Atria uses "cookies" to facilitate your transactions, you will be informed of that use.
